Return & Refund Policy – MiniPak.Store

At MiniPak.Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video). Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For any concerns, reach out to our support team promptly.
